Okay, this is going to be a bit of a long post. Please bear with me.
I collect Moleskine notebooks. For anyone that isn't familiar with Moleskine, please see this website:
http://www.moleskine.com/eng/_interni/dicono/default.htm
http://www.moleskine.com/eng/_interni/catalogo/default.htm
http://www.moleskine.com/eng/_interni/dove/default.htm
I have just about every notebook they've got out, except for some of the city guides. I've been using their diary journals for a few years now and I love them.
The website in Korea is TFSTYLE.COM - They don't have the Tokyo city guide yet, and after a few conversations with the staff, I don't even know if they're going to ever have the Tokyo city guide.
I need the Tokyo city guide before December 23rd. Anyhow, I went to the Japanese site for moleskine here --> www.moleskine.co.jp
> Qahwa Ltd.

And since I can't read Japanese, I don't know if the Tokyo city guide is presently available in Tokyo. I'd like to order it (I have people that will order it for me here in Korea, so that won't be a problem) - but finding out if it's available right now seems to be impossible.
I don't know if the guide has even been released yet. I contacted Moleskine HQ in Italy and they said Korea will most likely not be getting the Tokyo city guide. They said I could order from Amazon, but even though the guide is listed in Amazon, it's not in stock...so I'd have to pre-order it.
If anyone here has lived in Japan and speaks or writes Japanese well enough, or has any Japanese students...I would really, really appreciate some help.
All I want to know is if the Tokyo city guide is available and for sale right now in Japan, and the website I can order it from.
Thank you so much.

Judging from the site you posted, it won't be released until Armistice Day. |

I think there are two kinds of Tokyo city guides. One in Japanese and one in English. So, by reading the site..you can tell if they have the one in English?? Thanks |

The Tokyo guide will be released Nov. 11. Also the Kyoto guide as well. I didn't see anything about an english version.
Something about recommendations from locals in each part of the city being a part of this guide.
Looks neat. Good luck. |
