Any Canucks renewed an E2 who had previously had the Criminal rec. check done? I heard you don't need to get a new CRC if you don't go back to Canada between the visas (as long as you keep the same kinda visa).
Can anyone verify this sans ridiculous replies about looking here and there.

IF you are getting a NEW visa (change of employers) then you DO need to submit your CRC.
If you HAVE submitted your CRC to immigration AND you are extending your status of sojourn you do NOT need to summit another CRC or do another medical.
If you wish to renew your contract at your current school, you will need the following documents ;
1. Visa Extension Application
2. Passport and your Alien Registration Card
3. New contract
4. Sponsorship Certificate (from school)
5. A copy of Certificate of School / Business Registration (from school)
6. Processing Fee (30k for the extension and 50k for the multi re-entry permit).
