Below are 2 of the websites I used in class today.

1. The site below generates a random number. I use it to pick which student will answer the question. I wish it was Flash based and larger and more visual. I made one in Flash a couple years ago but lost it Sad

http://www.mathgoodies.com/calculators/random_no_custom.html

2. Site 2 is a stop watch and count down timer. Its perfect, flash based, simple, and visually pleasing.

http://www.online-stopwatch.com/full-screen-stopwatch/

3. I'm looking for a simple online clock with a button to click to randomly change the clock hand positions so my students can review telling time.

3. Online Flash based interactive clock. It even gets dark at night.

1. I haven't found anything better than this for a desktop stopwatch proggie: a stopwatch download

2. Young learner's karaoke songs

Also, my esnip's page has other folders of stuff for 3rd-6th public elementary classes, and the youtube songs in .kfn format.

Icnelly,

DO you mean like this http://www.schools.bedfordshire.gov.uk/NGFL/IWB/resources/flash%20files/flash/timer.swf

I prefer this one http://www.fieryideas.com/flash/timer.swf

Just right click, save as and you are set to go from our Practice Page - Teachers Tools on EFL classroom 2.0

Everything click and play or just right click and save on your desktop for direct play..... The practice page has loads of great teacher tools like spinning counters, electronic chalkboards, certificate makers, dice, clocks, maps, directiion games etc....

I'll also mention, EVERYTHING on the site is adaptable for use directly in the classroom.... just takes some teacher creativity...click and play, make your day.
