Hey guys,
Just wondering what everyone's opinion is on computer monitors. I'm looking to buy a new one for my desktop computer. What are some of the best ones out there for the price? Best quality? I'm looking for a 15 - 17 inch screen.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Samsung makes great panels, and I am not just saying that because they are a Korean company... they truely make a superior panel.
That aside, what are you doing with your monitor? Are you gaming, or just watching video, vid editing, etc? I would recommend nothing smaller than a 19" widescreen with a minimum resolution of 1440x900. Look for a high contrast ratio, low response time. |

Well if you really want a 15-17inch screen, you'd be able to pick one up second hand at Yongsan for about $50. I wouldn't spend anymore than this for the smaller sizes. As for bigger screens, it would help if you gave us some specs of your PC and what you plan to do with it. I'm guessing you're not a gamer. |
