So i am bored at da office once more and whilst googling images of K-Pop Stars for media for my next lesson I discovered this inspiring and modest page featuring the Brilliant Famous Talents and of course 'pretty' Korean stars...

Anyhow I youtubed Yoon Mi-rae and I gotta say Keyes can sleep well at night if she was wondering if her play time was going to get washed away by the Crushing Talent of the K-Girl wave flowing out of the East Korea Sea.

Is that not a lame hip hop rap or what... man I have seen better stuff on Street Corners by Phat Kidz in puffy jackets.
And then there is yet another Corean Star heading the Wave in Cali to entranced Japanese students

TV personality Park Jung-sook, who is currently studying at the University of Columbia in the USA, will give a lecture at Waseda University in Japan on July 11.
Park's lecture will deal with international relations with a focus on the popularity of Korean culture overseas. The seminar will be attended by experts from Japan and other countries as well as former President Kim Young-sam.
Park says she will speak about the creation of an integrated cultural zone in Asia through Korean culture.
On June 30, Park made a presentation in Japan at a women's forum on ways to prepare for the issue of aging in society. Back in February, she presented at a forum on the popularity of Korean culture in Asia at Harvard University. |
Did Harvard really have her speak? Hmm actually there are a lot of great things about Korea.... but I was still under the impression Japan and Chinese culture were still more popular- then again been awhile since I was too cool in High Sk00l. I'd like to read a transcript or see a youtube of it... I will search one maybe- surely a Harvard speech is a valid use of time?
I think I should break my anti-TV lifestyle and break down and buy my first TV... then I'd know what Korean show she was on....
But, honestly the sole reason for me posting this is I am still disgruntled I have yet to date a rich, beautiful, intelligent, and world famous Korean Pop Star Yo Ja man all that free food I'd have gotten... So in my sullen office state I decided to question their world lauded talent statuses in hopes of justifying my rejection- also seeing the past thread where sooo many ESL guys had nights out with K-stars while I meet mostly with ugly Americans.... |

Don't worry Toad,
Those posts were lies.
If any Korean star was dating a foreign guy, it would be news the next day.Don't you think Korean people would notice Lee Hyori in an instant? Not to mention if she was hustling some foreign guy for a one nighter?
Don't worry Toad, your time will come.
In the meantime, might I suggest settling for soju and beer like the rest of us at WA bar? |
