The Japanese media is nearly as bad as the Korean media.
It seems these are false reports. South Korea and the U.S. cast doubt on the Japanese newspaper declaration of this 'important announcment'.
I too got suckered into the hype and didn't understand why no one around me knew or really care about it. |

| I am not happy whatsoever about this. Whoever ran the story in the first place needs sacking. If it is North Korea's fault then I am going to officially ok a United States assault on Pyeongyang. |
