Tonight, I was driving through central Seoul/City Hall/Gwanghwamun and heading toward Dongdaemun. I was going to turn right onto Jongnoro (street from Kyobo to Dongdaemun). It was blocked off. No protesters in sight, just tons of police and vehicles. I go straight past Kyobo, past the US embassy, toward Gyeongbukgung. Now the 6 or so lanes are reduced to 3, 2 on the left, one on the right with metal and dirt blocking the rest and police buses on the far right. Clusterfuck, but that's an everyday thing now. I turn right at the T to go toward Hyewha/Dongdaemun. More clusterfuck. No cars can go straight at the next light. Everyone must turn left. That's right, 6 lanes of traffic are being diverted toward Samcheong-dong. The street is 2 lanes at first and 1 lane later, but tour buses are blocking the right lane, so 6 lanes of traffic are jammed into 1.

I understand the occasional need to close one street, but to close 2 of the busiest thoroughfares in central Seoul at the same time?

Infantile minds, ignorant of traffic logistics, idiotic planners/police.

Dear Seoul city planners,

The Hyewha Rotary looks a lot nicer now. But do you know the real problem? The problem endangering lives?

IT IS STILL A GODDAMNED ROTARY!!! Koreans don't understand "lines," "lanes," "turn signals," "Looking before merging" or most of all "ROTARIES!!!!"

Whoever approved the renovation of the rotary obviously has never driven through it or tried to make a turn in the Hyehwa Rotary. I hope your Kia get's hit, I hope your airbag deploys and I hope your grandmother gets rocked by a neighboring car so hard she throws up all over your dashboard DVD player.

You are incompetent and retarded.
