I just noticed that Mr. Baak has posted another ad asking for teachers, and have decided to once again attempt to warn everybody against working for this guy.
You will have problems with work atmosphere, flight money, horribly behaved students, salary... you name it, it happened to me and to others as well. He is a liar, enjoys blacklisting people, and everyone who works for him is miserable.
If you have any questions, feel free to PM me and I will explain to you in detail why this was the worst working experience of my ESL career (5 years, three countries).
