I was asking some of my Korean coworkers about it the other day. They said there is a shop by Ewha Women's University...They said they only small Korean sizes though. I'm 5'11'' so I doubt any of them will cover my ass, but maybe you could benefit from it.

there's a place down in sadang that has a pretty big selection. decent for buying, but the rental stuff is far superior. here's the map:

Is there anything in English? or can you translate? I don't really have any of the language down except how to order food and get around in a cab.

There is a place near Nambu bus terminal which has a good selection of rentals. It's not cheap but their selection is insane. From what I've seen they have western sizes as well.
If you walk from Nambu terminal towards Seoul University of Education it's on the left hand side. Can't recall the name but not a bad place to find.

Sadang Station (lines 2 and 4) exit 14. Go straight, then turn left at Osan-dang Hospital. Take the next right behind the hospital. The shop should be in the basement of the 2nd building on your right.

There's an area near Dongdaemun station that's full of Halloween and fireworks shops. Just wander around the alleys when you get out of exit 4, you'll find all you need.

Depending on your opinion of 'late' I went there at six thirty ish yesterday and everything was still open. There were lots of good places and it was quite cheap too.

Are you talking about Dongdaemun Stadium station, or Dongdaemun station?

I went tonight around 8ish to Dongdaemun station exit 4. Didn't see anything, probably just closed at that time.
Might go again tomorrow morning. Can you give more specific instructions from exit 4?
