I downloaded Far Cry 2 this week. Spectacular game. But what is equally as spectacular is the map editor. The following map only took me short of two hours to make, and that constitutes the original learning curve:
I can't believe how easy it was to make complex maps. The editor includes about 1,000 prefab brushes and dials to adjust every conceivable variable. It's ridiculously intuitive.
I suggest checking the game/editor out if you get the chance.
