what do i need to know in regards to power adapters and converters?? what should i buy before i bring them over?
also, are korean tvs running on pal or ntsc? |

Your laptop probably just needs a plug converter (read the brick - it should say "Input 110-240VAC".

They are readily available at your local stationary or chun-won store and cost between 300-500 won.
I don't know about the PS2. I suspect it is NOT 240VAC compatible. Again, check the label to be sure.
K-TVs are usually NTSC. |

As previous poster said, your laptop will likely support 220v. I had no problem with my MacBook, but I had to get an adapter tip. Cost me $7 in Canada, but you can get one here for like 50 cents.
I have my xbox360 here. I got a transformer which cost me about $40 or so. It is a HUGE power hog so be sure you switch it off when not in use. |

I'm not sure, but I'm guessing PS2 adapters here probably cost half that and definitely don't draw so much power. |
