Whats your point?
Most advertisements have the same conversion. just go to xe.com.

I talked to Jules last night and she probably is turning tricks. She recruits for franchised chains like LCI, Kids College, SLP, etc.. her englishee isn't bad tho.

My point is based on the current exchange rate 2.5 million Korean Won is equal to $1,700 not $2,800. What she is putting in her ads is a FLAT OUT LIE!

A letter to the U.N. should be sent.

Inform the ambassador at the very least.

And contact ATEK

(although they're probably ALREADY ON IT. Like a fat kid on a chocolate bar)

Always do a reality check with another party before taking a recruiter at their word. ANY type of recruiter (not just here) will paint a nice picture of what awaits you. You have to be on the ball and get the real story before agreeing. In this case, it's probably just the same form post they've been using for some time, and weren't in any hurry to update the currencies.

I see the conversion rates are always wrong lately due to the falling won. I don't take much mind to it because I know the conversion rate personally but too bad for the person that doesn't. I did come here thinking I'd get paid $2200 for 2.2 million but then the won just nose dived after I got here.

What's worse is when a recruiter tells you that you can get your visa after you arrive when in reality you can't! Now that sucks!

Their writing is outdated as it's still taking the assumption of 1000 won to the USD, roughly speaking. For a long time, we could fairly accurately say 1000 won to the dollar as an easy way to estimate conversion.

We know it's over 1500, a whopping 1/3 worse than it was 2 or 3 months ago.
