Americans get sick off
koreans food because of MSG so be careful if you are allergic and to watch out!!!!!!!!!!! |

I'm allergic to MSG and there is more MSG in Western packaged and restaurant food than there is in Korean food.
Also some Korean restaurants are cooking without MSG so it's always good to ask. I find the smaller adjuma run restaurants use lots of MSG. |

Never had a problem here with it, however in chinese run restaraunts it certainly is a MASSIVE problem.
Sure, western countries use lots of it too.

I just use it very very sparingly - speaking of it in ramen packages.
I never get why anyone would dump ALL of the MSG in its entirety. |
