There's a Cordon Bleu cooking school in Seoul. And on korea4expats.com there are some cooking classes at hotels here and there for making Indian food and other international foods.

Use the internet, download recipes and cook.

First time is hit or miss, but with practice you get better and better.

They have them at the Intercontinental Hotel, you have to book quick though as the spaces fill up very quick.

Shinsegae Department Stores have cooking classes as well. I went with my wife to a cooking class and made this weird carrot cake.
