hi all.

i was just wondering... i need to certify a passport photo for official use in another country. do any of you know where that can be done except at a police station ( i went there already and they said they don't do that ). i heard at immigration, but is that really the right place? i would hate to go all the way there just to be pointed in another wrong direction.

thanks for any help.
