| Last buses are usually around 9:30 or 10pm, depending on where you are going and frequency of that route. |

I've seen buses going through there as late as 12:00am. It's hard to be choosy at that hour though and many buses would have already stopped running.
I tried to catch a bus from Kangnam to Anyang at 11:30pm and couldn't, if that helps. |
