Korean Job Discussion Forums

Hi!
I went to an open class last week and the school uses some pretty interesting looking flash programs.
The first one is a timer with music. The second one was a ladder game where you time in the group names and the flash program decides the presenting order of the groups. I'm pretty sure this program was developed by someone who spoke Korean.

Can anyone help me find these programs? I've tried searching for it on the forums, google and indischool.com
