Called up KB (kookmin) today at the New York branch and they said they can't set up internet banking and they can't help me wire money to the states. They suggested having a Korean friend do it. They also made it sound like it's not possible to use internet banking while in the states. Anyone know if that's true?
I have a feeling if I was fluent in Korean I could contact my home branch and make something happen, but unfortunately I am not. I suppose it's a long shot, but has anyone tried this before and know how to get it done? |
