I've just caught onto the torrent download thing. For the most part, the movies I'm pulling are opening and playing fine, but I keep getting some that I can't get to play and they all have these sequentially numbered files that start with the letter R, for example R00, R01, R02 and so on.

Anyone know how I can get these to play rather than deleting them and finding another torrent and starting the long download process again?

They are .rar files but the program doesn't know it yet. Download Winrar, install it, click one of the files and select "open with" and choose winrar.

Take one of the R files extract to whatever location using winrar or other program. Then play the movie/music/game. I believe the files are separated into many files for ease of downloading purposes, hence the multiple files...
