Hi
I got back to England 3 weeks ago for the first time in 2 years after being in Korea and in Australia before then. I thought I may come back so applied to a few recruiters and to 1 job that looked really good. Called Chungmoon Language Institute (CLI). Teaching adults, mixture of foreign teachers from different countries. spoke to the director who seemed cool and said I could speak to the other teachers by phone or e-mail also so sounds really sorted. The thing is Ive been back just a short time in England, getting in touch with my roots etc and seems really quick to decide to go back as I can have this job if I want it now. It sounds exactly what I d look for if I come back and would mean leaving v. end of jan. Very undecided as to whats best to do. I havnt really seen any positions that look as good as this around before, teaching adults, good area of Jonggak, foreign teachers from different places. Ive hardly seen any that just teach adults, do positions like this come along often. I don't want to miss a good opportunity, its just a hard decision to make |

I don't know about Chungmoon, but YBM and Pagoda on Jongno are very large adult hogwons that seem to be hiring all the time.
Since I don't really know anything about Chungmoon, I can't say whether or not it's better. But if you've checked it out and like it, I'd say take it. Especially if it doesn't require split shifts. Jobs teaching adults that don't require split shifts don't seem to come up very often. |
