| I've heard of that happening in China and Thailand. I never go to a bar that is touted by a driver to drive me there. You can get trapped in one by big dudes when it's time to pay and you're refusing to pay the extorted amount. It's dangerous business when you notice there's too many provocatively dressed female employees doing nothing in a place. |

I'd call BS on the article. The two were at a Room Salon and paid for entertainment (read prostitutes) or bought a few bottles of champagne or whiskey. Remember, top shelf whiskey can fetch 400,000 won at a store, not to mention what the markup would be at a room salon or other high priced Korean establishment.
My guess is that the two got drunk and sobered up quick thinking about the castration that would ensue once their wives saw the CC bill. |

| Pay up. The Russian mobsters won't care about the law when they're feeding you your own teeth. If you were foolish enough to get caught in that sort of scheme, your first priority should be getting out alive. You're in exactly the same situation as if they were holding a knife to your throat in an alley. |
