I bought a money order in the middle of september, and the store I bought things off of says it never arrived. I believe them.

Now, can I get the bank to track it? I went in and asked the bank, and from the little I understood, the bank said 'something' happened Oct 1st, now what happened, I'm unsure of.

Can I track this money order? Can I cancel it?

Can someone please write those two questions in Korea so that I can show the bank, to get them to understand me.
