Could be anything. And the policy is not uniformly enforced. So, one immigration officer having a bad day after not getting his requisite kimchi, might reject you. ANYTHING is fair game for the ridiculous visa process. Even if you got a DUI 10 years ago, you'll probably be rejected. Ever done any shoplifting and gotten caught? Even if it was 20 years ago, you'll most likely be rejected. Nobody can give you the answer because each immigration office has different interpretations(ie most not even knowing what the charges are because their englishee is non-existent) and completely at the whim of the immigration officer that holds your application package. Like everything in Korea, it's a crapshoot. |
