I live on Jeju, live in rural area and work in a rural area. It takes me forever to get to work by bus (2+ hours), and my co-teacher is getting sick of me already and its my first week. (picking me up and driving me everyday). Anyone know of a good place to get a used car, and any advice on owning one?
Thanks! |

| Try Encar. I bought mine through them and have had no problems since. They should help you with all the paperwork and guide you through. It depends on the price and what you are looking for though. Most times it is cheaper to buy from a foreigner. I don't know if they have on Jeju-do though. You could always buy here and drive it on the ferry to Jeju. |

Motorcycle....not sure what traffic is like in Jeju, but motorcycle will get you to work in no time.
125cc is okay, 250cc if you wanna get there fast(and willing to break unenforced speed limits). |

Jeju has little traffic in off-season (non-tourist months). A motorcycle would be cheaper and more fun to drive than a car, especially in Jeju. |
