Anyone able to suggest a particular title? |

| I saw several good English written cookbooks when we visited the palace history museum in March. I picked up a book called Healthful Korean Cooking by Noh Chin-hwa and Shirley A. Dorow. I can't say the "healthful" aspect of the book totally lives up to it's name but it's a great way to get familiar with the makings of many dishes. |
