Here are some helpful tips to help you recruit qualified people:
2 million won per month? You must know that business departments in other schools are paying 3.0-3.5 million a month for an MBA with ESL teaching ability. You get what you pay for, and you're not paying much!
Housing? No thanks, especially if it is as bad as most university housing I've seen during my time in Korea. Because the salary you offer is so low, you should be offering at least 500,000 won as a housing allowance!
9 hours? Not bad, but will there be 'mandatory overtime'? What is the overtime pay rate?
Are summer and winter vacations fully paid with no teaching responsibilities? You don't mention that.
You ask for 'publications'? From an MBA holder?
Why do you need actual letters of recommendation for the first screening. Just ask for the names and contact numbers/e-mail for 3 references.
Good luck.

That's a pet peeve of mine when they ask for information they shouldn't/won't need until the second or perhaps final interview. Another little indicator to me that they don't know what they are doing... |
