I have to admit, I'm not that intelligent when it comes to U.S politics, so this might seem like a silly question, but as I'm watching the election ticker on Yahoo, it's showing Obama with 195 Electoral votes and McCain with 70. I know a winner is only declared when one candidate receives 270 votes, but with the wide margin between Obama and McCain as it sits now, would this be considered a landslide?

A landslide is when Mondale lost. Look that one up.

This is (almost) clearly a loss, but it's not a landslide.

Obama is winning the electorial votes comfortably but the popular vote is close.

This year the electorial college is helpful to the democrats.

375 would be pretty much a landslide. I don't think he'll quite get there, but it will be just under that.

Well...we're dwelling on definitions at this point. I don't see it like you do. However, I guess it's time to give it up.

Real landslides usually only happen in a British parliamentary system where opposition parties split the opposition vote and the ruling part gains the executive and 75%+ of the legislature all at once.
