Been having problems for the last two weeks with their service first it was login problem, now KT link is completely down. Some one said they have English help line something to the effect of 080-100 but it doesn't seem to work on my SK cell. Whats the full number to their useless help.

Sorry cant' help with the number. I had many problems with them. Internet not working, them saying I hadn't paid the bill etc. MegaA$$.

If you do actually get them to come to your house they will say the problem is your computer.

02-520-7800 is the number I have that goes directly to their English side. They've always been good to me when I have had problems.

If you're in Seoul, just dial 100 from your phone. No other numbers. From a cell phone that might be different, but from a land line it's 100.

I thought I paid my bill but apperantly I didn't cause Nonghyup Internetbanking sucks ass. The day I did my payments apperantly all my transfers were not working. To top it off, they didn't send me a bill for two months.

I had a coworker call them and try to pay the internet bill but the fucking morons closed the account so even If I wanted to pay them I can't because the bank account no longer exists. No one called me to tell me.

OMG SeoulinPepe.. didn't you see my original post I told you that the 100 didn't work.
