I was wondering what people thought of these two TEFL courses. I was recently hired by SMOE and am considering doing one of the two online. I guess my question is did any of you find the course useful? and What Kind of support did you have while taking the course? I have been teaching in Korea for 2 and a half years now and am really curious if it is really worth doing the course for any other reason than it can improve my pay grade. Any and all feedback would be helpful.
Thanks! Very Happy

I'm doing the ITTT course with online support. I am on Unit 17, there are 20 in total. I have until near the end of Feb 09 to complete it. I began my course near the end of August.

I am doing it just for the money, but the information they provide I will keep, because I am sure it will be useful.

All the best. Laughing

I did the KEI TEFL, 120 hour course. I liked it. You get as much out of it as you choose to put into it. you can rip through it super fast and get nothing but slip of paper, or you can really work it, and come out a much better educator. Support and feedback is pretty good too. Prompt and usually fairly concise.
It helped me be a much better teacher.
