| I'm in Bangkok now on a visa run / vacation and I was watching Bloomberg on television and they announced that the Korean Won is the worst performing Asian stock against the US dollar in 2008, down 30%. |

It doesn't make sense that the Yen is flying high while the Won is seeing a slump to lows not seen in years. Isn't Japan also dependent on the American economy? Isn't the world dependent on the American economy staying afloat?
Maybe Korea is showing the 1st signs of a global currency crisis. |
