Hi, due to circumstances, I need to move out by the end of this week and would like to know if anyone would be interested in a one room near Seun-leung station.

Details:

- Down payment: 10 million won
- Monthly pay: 550
- Size: roughly 10 pyung which includes the laundry/storage space outside of the room.
- Options: Gas range, Washer/Dryer
- Bathroom: 1, Shower space seperated by glass sliding door.

- This place also comes with a big closet which you don't see in the picture, it's in the laundry area.

For those interested, you can visit my place after 7:30pm Monday through Friday or weekends are ok too.

Thanks
~ marcus

I wanted to move closer to where I work and was getting tired of the area. I've lived here for a year and a half and wanted to spend some time in a different area.

pics coming soon.

Yes, Seolleung Station, Line number 2, exit number 1. It's the stop between Sam sung station and Yeoksam station.

Here are some pics I just took.
