I know this question has probably been asked a million times but I hate the search function and therefore I'm going to ask anyway.

What is the easiest way to get a cell phone and which is better, pre-paid or post-paid. I was planning on getting one online through one of two sites I've seen (www.itkorea4u.com and www.buythekorea.com) but the first one is currently under investigation and the second one focuses on 24 month pans with one 12 month plan through SKT but requires 200,000 deposit. I know the deposit is common but with LGT there is none. Also I would still have to find a cell phone place to get a charger.

Anyone know of any other online sites? Recommendations for company and post or pre paid? Anyone know of any foreigner friendly cell phone shops in Ulsan?

Thanks.
