Hi I have only been to South Korea now for 2 weeks and want to learn the language better. My one friend said about paying to take a course, and my other buddy has told me now that some university students teach for free. The teachers are majoring in English and have prgrams setup to teach foreigners at any level for free or a small fee. I am in Suwon, does anyone know anything about this???
