I am working through a GEPIK contract at one location. I would like to earn extra cash, and I know you must go to immigration to get permission to work at a second location. Is this solely up to immigration to decide or does the school also have say so?
If the school says no, but immigration says yes, can I tell the school I am doing it anyway? Or can they stop me? |

If you are working at a 2nd PS location within your school district you don't need the blessing of immigration BUT
to answer your question directly....
You DO need permission from your employer (sponsor) and your 2nd employer before immigration will even consider allowing a 2nd legal position.
