Don't think there will be another author of his calibre ever. Read most of his books, and they all offer scientific insights to what's around us that we've missed even though they've been right in front of our noses. |

I don't like to speak ill of the dead but Congo was one of the biggest piles of flaming dog-shite that I have ever read.
On the other hand, Jurassic Park was alright. |

A great author. I have read most of his novels. Note that I read during leisure time for pleasure. If I have to struggle through a book, and it isn't a text book...down it goes. Quickly.
I thought Jurassic park was incredible. Sphere was enthralling. Airframe was my favourite.
For those of you who dump on his writing ability...how many best selling novels have you written??? |
