That they abucted a lot more japanese has been known forever, but it's a good thing that they are finally admitting it and making progress negociating with Japan.

However much Japan was opposed to it, I think that's a direct result of the US de-listing the Norks from the list of terrorist states. It's funny however to see relations with SK degrading at the same time, but then the norks have always been two-faced.
