Just noticed about 163 returned messages in my yahoo email account. They advertise some Chinese electronics company called BUSSN. I didn't send the e-mail and none of the addresses they went to were in my address book. Norton scan shows nothing either.
I changed the p/w on that account. I'm still puzzled what happened though.
P.S. I forwarded some of the old e-mails back to [email protected] with new subject lines like new order and purchasing. |

Nope... unless you use something like MS-outlook for your mailbox.
Most likely your e-mail address was picked up by a Trojan on someone else's machine or from a post that you made somewhere and is being used to as a false return address on a spam machine.
When the spam bounces, you get it back.
It is also possible that you are the intended recipient of the spam and by bouncing it off a dead box they ensure that you (and everyone else on their list) gets it and it gets past the spam filters because it is treated as "return" e-mail and not inbound spam.
