Does anyone have details about the Bojeong English Festival this Wednesday, Nov. 12? I'm having a hard time getting a straight answer about the day from my coteacher, but apparently 30 Elementary schools are going, so I thought someone might know a bit more about it. |

It goes on for the afternoon until 4:00 or 5:00. Time given was vague but I find time is usually hit or miss. My students from the afterschool class are leaving our school at 1:00. Each foreign teacher will be paired up with a Korean teacher...usually the handler...and will be in charge of a 'booth'. That's all I've gotten so far. Seems to be like every other festival I've gone to.
I wouldn't worry about it. You go there, do as they tell you, everyone is happy. Wearing a nice outfit would be good because there will be a lot of important people there. Apparently last year's Yongin Festival was cancelled because the year before it was so bad it made the news. Consequently, the co-teacher is very nervous. |

I was there teaching today. It ran from 2:30 to 6:30. Does anyone who may have been there know how we're being paid for this. Usually they have an official going around getting teachers bank acct # but no one asked for mine. What's the pay deal? |

Yeah, the yellow line goes "Ori", "Jukjeon", then "Bojeong".
Same one. |
