I was under the impression that under the new rules (well from last year) that F4 visa holders needed a CRC like everyone else for public school positions?
A recruiter told me that wasn`t necessary and spoke with immigration apparently to confirm as I had raised the question. Anyone shed any light on this? |

It is NOT an immigration requirement for you (on an F4) but the school MAY request one as a condition of your employment. |
