I'm baffled by this...

I've used a lawyer to secure my deposit on a property and they have charged me something like 200,000W for their fee but then they have also charged me something like 500,000W for taxes like registration fee, education tax, etc.

They told me that the 500k is going to the government who will protect my deposit and their fee is to do all the paperwork, etc but my arguement is that I've already paid my education, etc tax...how many times do I have to pay!

Anyone got any advice please?

Thanks
