| I was wandering through coex mall today and found a little shop that sold a few pc games, but not many. So, where is the place to go to buy pc games? Yeah, I know about online and steam and all that, but I'm interested in finding the hard copies of games, and I figure in this country there has to be SOME place where they sell them. Was in Yongsan, and all I saw were Wii, Xbox, Playstation and DS games everywhere. |

- was going to suggest yongsan electronic market, but you said you went there but didnt see any?
- there's hardly any PC games at the video game alley (where the console games are)
- for the PC games, go to where they're selling movies and dvd's
- there's at least 3 'booths' that sells PC games -- but you have to make sure if they're the English version or not
this place is also 'downstair' -- across the big street from the video game alley
places like E-Mart and Lotte Mart do sell PC games, though they dont have a lot of choice |

I looked around Yongsan and the supply of English version games was scarce indeed. I don't have time for games anyway.

| i was in yongsan over the weekend and the basement of one of the buildings is FULL of pc games. I didnt take the time to look at the language as I dont play pc games, but perhaps you havent looked around yongsan enough for what you want. Give yourself a day and just wander around aimlessly, thats the best way to find things and places you ordinarily wouldnt. |

Is it based on which Emart you go to? I know the one I go to doesn't have any pc games. It does have Wii and dreamcast stuff, but nothing else. But I'll admit it's the only Emart I've been into because I haven't yet seen another one.
And for the record, I wasn't in Yangsan very long myself. I went to the one place, and that was all I saw. I didn't really want to wander too far away from there as I didn't know what was where, and I was on a bit of a schedule that required me to have to be somewhere else earlier than I wanted to be. |

| I understand being on a schedule when doing some shopping and again, I cant say for certain that the games are in english because I dont play pc games. I was there looking for the best deals on micro sd cards for my chipped DS. I did find a basement level with a few shops with lots of pc games. Perhaps next time you are there, ask the shop keepers were you can find pc games. Ive done this before and most are more than happy to help you find what you are looking for if its something that they dont have. also, what about downloading the games you want? |
