hello ! i am a korean girl who just moved to 3 bed room and 1 bath , 1 living room place in ITAWON area.
i am looking for 2 roommates for my new place.
i live with 2 small dogs(puppies)
My place that i like to share with 2 other male or females is clean, pretty spacious and cozy.
i like decorating home .
i am an easy going and very clean person.
I will be gone for work for long hours to teach at school,so i prefer to have roommates who love animals. My puppies are fully grown up,cup size small puppies and well trained and quiet .
1. rent: 300000won ( key money: 300000won)
2. not including utilities
3. i love cooking and very good at cooking all kinds of ASIAN food. i love sharing my food with my new roommates^^if you like
4. i speak both english and korean.
5. location: Noksapyung station (3 minutes wlk)
6. fully furnished place except the two other bed room.
7. there is a balcony outside and we can use the rooftop for BBQ
