I want to leave Korea now, but will lose around 10, 000 bucks in exchange rates. I'd like to lock my saving here up in a term deposit with anywhere from 7%-9% interest over a year, possibly 2 if need be. However I really don't want to travel back here, and I would also like to have the option of pulling the money if the exchange rate gets better before a year or two. Does anyone know if it is possible to set up an account in Korea that can be completely managed via internet from abroad?

Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Would also like info on this. The best option I've come across so far in terms of managing your money while outside of Korea is KEB Internet banking.
