Title says everything. I need a cell phone pronto.
Ideally it would be . . .
-Pre-Paid
-Ready to go
-Cheap-ish
-Have an English option
But really, I will take anything that works as a phone. I don't care about cameras or texting or any of that junk. Just a phone.

| go to a cell phone store. they're everywhere. you can be in and out of there in 15 minutes if you're not picky. |
