Hey anybody dealt with C&M? Is there an English helpline?

I've had it running for 2 months, no probs. Payment by DD has been taken out, all appeared to be ok. Nothing is owing. Then 2 days ago they cut off all my (premium) English channels, everything else works. ie standard package.

There 's no one at school willing to help (bastards) and the web site is totally in Korean. The number I called didnt understand my asking for English help.

Any tips? thanks

Sorry, they told me the cable box on the roof is missing and I can't get cable tv/internet at all.. and they refuse to replace it so I don't deal with them anymores.. Mad..

There's no English helpline and the workers pretty much all don't know English either (from my experience). The only way you're going to be able to speak to them is to get a korean person to talk to them.

02) 2240-9375

There is your English help line. They will answer in Korean, just say "Hello, can you speak English?" And they will start speaking English. When I called they spoke English pretty well.
I had my girlfriend call and she found out that's the phone number to use for English.

I've had no problems with them, but well, I'd have no choice other than to get Skylife if I did have problems since cable companies have a monopoly in each area.

I haven't had any problems with C&M either except my internet speed doesn't seem to good. The number that I had for the English helpline is 2240-9494.

Megapass was striking when I moved to my new apt, so that wasn't an option for me. How is the connection?
