I'm looking for an iPod touch with price around 200,000 won. I don't really care if it is 8Gb or 16Gb but as long as it has the function of an iPod. |

So buy a brand new 8gb for 265~280k. If you can't stump up an extra 80k to know you're getting it new and unmolested, you don't really want one. In any case, you should never really pay more than half retail value for used mass-market electronics, especially from complete strangers. |

It is a good idea, but I'm looking for a bigger space actually. I got mine with full of applications and I put lots of movies in it so it rather be big in space. I have one for my own use and I'm asking this on behave of my friend. But, don't you think the 2nd generation is nothing much different compared to the 1st generation? It comes with the volume control button and an external speaker that don't really make a loud noise at all. I got mine with latest software update and it does works like the 2nd generation do. |

For many electronics, the less than half price might be feasible. As for the hype around apple electronics, you may be waiting longer if you try to wait for that type of price drop. I didn't make the rules or the hype, just the way it seems to be. But I would agree with just dropping a little more cash to get your own new if it's not that much more a stretch on your wallet/purse, if not just to ensure you get a new version of the touch.
As for the second gen iPod touch, I thought it was well said when I read someone saying it is more like an, "iPod touch 1.5". While it does have a few different feature, it is almost the same as the first gen. I am still trying to figure out if there is a faster processor in the 2nd gen, but I haven't found anything talking specifically about it.
It does have a built in speaker that allows you to at least hear what is being played on the ipod (handy little feature) and also physical volume button (again, nice but not absolutely necessary). The one feature that does have me thinking about upgrading is the bluetooth chip that is in the 2nd gen touch. While it is not activated and might never officially be, who knows what some clever programmer will be able to do to open access to it. |
