Hello, I just got my new apartment working for the public school. I was wondering if it was normel.

They gacve a bed but no sheets or pillow
They had me buy a bottle to put gas in I guess
They didnt even put toilet paper in the bathroom
and as the gas and oil I guess were not on a main line I filled those up. Those 2 cost 230,000 40,000 for bottle 40,000 gas than 150,000 oil.

Sheets well I guess I go out to buy those today, wow it was cold last night.

This is my 2nd year contract and I have money in bank to pay for the oil, sheets and so on. I would just feel bad for a 1st timer coming. Saying you wait 30 days then buy your sheets, and fill your gas tank Smile

It sounds like you are in a rural area like I am. I have to refill my oil every 2-4 months and it costs about 300k.

I have no sheets, but they gave me pillows and blankets. It sounds normal to me. But your school has extra money for things like that. All you have to do is ask and they SHOULD get them for you. Unless they are pocketing the money.

The school has a Credit Card that it uses. You and your co-teacher should go shopping Very Happy

EDIT: I didn't realize it was you hahaha so of course your rural. Do as I stated above.

Is there a lock on your tank? What's to stop one of your neighbors or your landlord from switching valves on ya? If not....good luck! Laughing
