My school is letting me fly home in December and come back in January (preferrably from the 23rd of December until the 23rd of January).

I don't have a credit card and need to buy the tickets myself (my school will reimburse me of course). Where is the cheapest possible place to get the tickets in person? What about Korean websites? Are there any that will let me charge it to my bank card (KB)?

Thanks!

Most travel agents in Korea (brick or cyber) will accept a bank transfer to pay for tickets and issue an e-ticket on receipt.

You can do this from an ATM, in the branch or by internet (if you have on-line banking).

Okay, is there a directory for these travel agencies? A place where I can do it online?

I'd either like to find one in my area or a website where I can purchase a ticket... I tried googling both of them and turned up with absolutely nothing.

7 pages of them in the travel agent sticky.

I have had good luck with http://www.whypaymore.co.kr but other people like other sites too.

You can find your flight on-line (or just call them), make the reservation and do the bank transfer.

You can also do it directly with the airlines the same way. Book, make the reservation on-line, then call the ticket office to arrange payment and the e-ticket.

I like Singapore if you are headed to the west coast.

Forget booking the flight and getting the money back as you can charge flights to the Korean Government. Just ask your head office for details.
