is it possible to do this and if so how difficult would it be? i heard e1's dont require the criminal record check is this true? is the only pre-requisite to having an e1 working at a uni?

For my E1:

No criminal record check
No original degree
No transcripts

Easiest visa I ever got.

when did you get it? anyone had any experience changing visas from e2 to e1 whilst in the same job?
