Wow, it's a corn flavored sundae!
I like those spicy chicken wings Thai KFC has. |

The Thais sell a corn pie at McDonalds that's quite good. I have never seen it anywhere else. |

I agree that the corn in desserts is somewhat strange, but Europeans (other than Italian and maybe French) put corn on pizza, too... it's not just a Korean thing. |

I wonder if it's that Ga-sum-goa (however the hell it's spelled) mall in Chiang Mai. You know, the cool brick mall with the weird layout. Man, I saw more attractive women there in one weekend than I saw in Cheongju in one year.
But, yeah, corn on a dessert? That's too weird for me. |

Yeah dude, it's that same mall with the old temple red brick design, with the Old Khmer-style Starbucks right out front. And you are absolutely right. There are so many hot women and "women" there, my jaw was pretty much dragging on the floor.
I was in Thailand for 7 weeks (a post-2-years in Korea unwind) and saw the most beautiful women per-capita I've ever seen. I thought Korea was nice, but Thailand was just ridiculous. And man oh man did I bat miles above my Korean average there.
I could go on and on about Thai women, and how they're so much more affectionate, and so much less materialistic, so much sweeter, and so much more down to earth, so much more old-school-take-care-of-your-man style than what I've experienced in other Asian countries...but that's another thread I reckon. Plus it would just make me tearfully wistful. |
